The Huawei Summer 2022 Smart Office Launch event which took place in Bangkok, Thailand also inaugurated the availability of Huawei's premium laptop for the Southeast Asian market, the MateBook X Pro.
The Huawei MateBook X Pro was originally introduced at the end of December 2021, then appeared at Mobile World Congress 2022 as a marker for this laptop to be released in the European market. Now at Bankok, Huawei is giving it a new twist.
This Chinese vendor upgraded the chipset to make it more capable of performing, saving power and supporting all connected Huawei Super Device "family" products in this ecosystem.
"The new Huawei MateBook X Pro breaks traditional standards of how a laptop should look and its capabilities," said Huawei Consumer Business Group CEO Richard Yu when introducing this laptop at the Huawei Summer 2022 Smart Office Launch stage.

This 14.2-inch laptop has a screen-to-body ratio of 95.2%. The immersion of a Real Color FullView Display as well as the first Eye Comfort 3.0 certification from TÃœV Rheinland on the Huawei MateBook X Pro screen ensures that the true colors displayed are of high quality on every laptop, smartphone and tablet device.
Equipped with Intel Evo-certified 12th Generation Core processors, the Huawei MateBook X Pro can reliably handle intensive tasks without a hitch.
The performance of the Huawei MateBook X Pro is also claimed to be even more perfect with Super Turbo technology. This technology allows users to conduct video conferencing while working on many heavy office tasks seamlessly without experiencing any lag at all.
The uniqueness of the Huawei MateBook X Pro that should not be missed are some of the gestures that can be done via the touchpad. For example, this laptop can adjust the volume by doing the swipe up and down gesture on the right side, or tap the touchpad to take a screenshot, and swipe left or right at the bottom to play and stop the video.
