Using Spotify as a karaoke machine is something we’ve been doing for the past few years. With the lyrics feature back in 2021 after being pulled in 2016, the process of singing with the right lyrics can be done much easier. But now Spotifty is testing the karaoke feature on a handful of users.
When accessing the lyrics section, lucky users can see a Sing button with a microphone icon. They can then sing along to the song being streamed. After singing, Spotify will give the user a score of singing accuracy. This feature is given randomly to users in North America only so far.
