This is the reason the iPhone 14 is not supported by the latest Apple chipset

The news that Apple does not support the iPhone 14 with a new chipset has been circulating for several months. Now the well-known analyst Ming-Chi Kuo reaffirms this.

As we all know, Kuo's predictions about the latest iPhones are rarely wrong. In its latest report, Apple will announce four new iPhone models this year.

The four devices include the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. This year Apple made changes to its business strategy.

Unlike before, all the latest iPhones will have a new chipset. iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max still adopt the same design as the previous generation.

Likewise the chipset installed in it. Kuo said both cellphones were powered by the Apple A15 chipset which was previously installed in the iPhone 13. Even if it still uses the old-school chipset, the standard iPhone14 will be given an increase in RAM from 4GB to 6GB.

While the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will be supported by the latest Apple A16 chipset. Not only that, a new screen and camera improvements were also provided on the two cellphones.

Kuo thinks the differences between the standard iPhone 14 and the high-end iPhone 14 will make the more expensive model popular with consumers. The iPhone 14 Pro which is expected to account for 40% to 50% of sales by the end of 2022 will be raised to 60% due to the change.

So far, Apple has been holding back major upgrades for its expensive iPhone models. In 2017, the iPhone X was released with a completely new design, Face ID and many other technologies, while the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus are still improved versions of the previous iPhone 7.

However, both the iPhone 8 and iPhone X are equipped with the A11 Bionic chip. Apple continued this strategy in the following years with the iPhone XR, iPhone XS, to the iPhone 13 series.

But now it looks like things are about to change. So prepare more funds so you can enjoy Apple's latest technology.
