Twitter has now won its first application against Elon Musk, in expediting the trial of their case. Through the latest order issued, the trial will be expedited to October, in line with Twitter’s request.
Previously, Elon Musk had filed a cancellation of the Twitter takeover, saying Twitter did not provide enough data other than services that had fake account numbers or high bots.
Twitter denied the matter, and also stated that it had provided sufficient data. Twitter also filed a lawsuit back against Elon Musk, and asked to buy at the agreed price as before.
However, Elon Musk instead asked to postpone the trial until 2023.
But, now Twitter is seen on the right track, when the judge agreed to expedite the trial of the case.
