Windows 8.1 Now Shows End of Support Date Screen – In January 2023

 

Microsoft has already stated that Windows 8.1 will end in January 2023, and in line with that, Microsoft has now started to display end of support notices on computers that are still running Windows 8.1.

Through the warning screen shown, Microsoft stated that security and technical update support for Windows 8.1 computers will end on January 10, 2023, and users are asked to move to the latest operating system.

If you are still running Windows 8.1, you are advised to upgrade your operating system to Windows 10 or Windows 11 – while enjoying the many new features included.
