Digi has recently announced a collaboration with augmented reality game developer Niantic to convert all Digi Stores, Digi Store Express and Digi Store Express Lite into Pokemon Go gyms from September 3 until October 15, 2022.
A total of 237 Digi stores throughout Malaysia will be Pokemon Go gyms and will be present with interesting activities such as the Deoxys raid event that requires a combination of people to defeat it, or fight among themselves to get ownership of the gym.
From September 3 and 4, Digi will hold four raid events throughout the day at these Digi stores, and after that, one raid event will be held every day until September 30.
Digi also said that all visitors to Digi stores can get a free code for RM10 worth of in-game items by spending RM5 on any transaction using the payment kiosk at any Digi store.
Pre- and post-paid Digi customers can also get an Unlimited Pokemon Go pass to receive unlimited access for 7 days for just RM5 anywhere. Digi customers who pay or renew their plan during this campaign period will receive a free RM5 voucher to purchase this Unlimited Pokemon Go pass.
