Dell has now filed a patent, showing the inclusion of wireless charging support on the laptop, allowing any other device to be charged by placing it on top of the laptop.
Dell uses special clips that are placed near the trackpad. Users just need to place a device such as a smartphone or earphones that support fast charging on it while using the laptop, and it will charge.
For now, Dell has only filed a patent, and it is not known whether a similar product will be commercialized or not.
In addition to Dell, Apple is also looking at more or less the same arena.
