The year 2021 is the year of Honor's revival. They started launching premium mid-range devices like the Honor 50 series and went on to launch the Honor 60 series in the same year.
Honor's revival seems to be great because in just a few months, now this year they will be launching the Honor 70 series. The new Honor devices all seem to be not well received due to their relatively high selling prices.
But there is a report stating that soon, Honor will start offering more device variants at more affordable prices. This is said to start with the launch of the Honor 80 series later.
In a report by ITHome, Honor is said to be ready to launch the Honor 80 series and the launch will be held around November next year. According to them, Honor claims they are more confident with the Honor 80 because it has a more powerful and powerful processing chip.
In the Honor 80 series there will also be premium and affordable variants. Still not sure what chip they will use. But November is the month in which Qualcomm announced a new processing chip which is expected to be Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. Perhaps premium devices will use flagship devices, mid-range chips like Snapdragon 7 and for more affordable ones Dimensity chips.
