Video game streaming services are still relatively new. The offer is also not extensive, as this service requires a fast and stable Internet connection. Among those that already offer this service are Google Stadia, Amazon Luna, Xbox Cloud Gaming and PS Now.
Netflix, which is already famous as a video streaming platform, has also started to focus on video games. Their platform on mobile devices now offers a variety of firsts and has special categories. But this first one needs to be downloaded in the app store and not playable directly.
But Netflix actually has other plans for their video game platform. According to the Protocol, Netflix may develop its own video game streaming platform or cloud gaming service. Sources say Netflix is currently looking for employees such as game engineers for the game studio. Then there are engineers for renders, developers for video games on platforms not yet developed, as well as jobs that require experience in cloud gaming challenges.
