This week is a week filled with various big cases involving leaked user data after being hacked. This morning LastPass announced that some of their source code and specific technical information had been stolen in an incident that occurred two weeks ago.
However, LastPass found no evidence of users' personal data and encrypted passwords being successfully stolen by hackers. After unauthorized access was detected, LastPass took steps to prevent similar incidents from occurring and increased the level of system security.
