Samsung Denies They Will Stop Producing Exynos Chips

Last week Qualcomm announced that the company will continue the contract to supply Snapdragon chips to Samsung for the past three years. Qualcomm said they will increase the percentage of Galaxy S devices with Qualcomm chips in 2023. Rumors are beginning to be heard that Samsung will stop producing Exynos chips in the near future with the Galaxy S23 series using Snapdragon entirely.

Samsung has issued a statement denying that they will stop manufacturing Exynos chips. The company will instead increase the Exynos sound power and continue to cooperate with other companies to increase the percentage of the use of their output chips.

With the disappointing performance of the Exynos 2200 this year and various performance issues, Samsung will finally produce an Eyxnos chip designed specifically for Galaxy devices by 2025. There are also rumors that Samsung may produce a new chip later but use a new name without worrying about the name The problematic Exynos.
