Your allergic to seafood. That's why food needs to be labeled perfectly to avoid death from allergies.
A group of scientists from the United States announced that they successfully treated peanut allergy in laboratory mice in an experiment. To prevent the negative reaction of peanut allergy in mice, they were given a butyrate compound that was found to prevent the allergy.
This has been known for a long time but this compound has a foul odor problem making it inedible. After going through this chemical process, the bad smell of butyrate was successfully removed. When given to rats with peanut allergy, no negative effects were detected. Because researchers believe it has the potential to treat all forms of food allergies.
These scientists will publish their study through the American Chemical Society (ACS) with plans to further develop tests on animals. If successful, an application from the FDA will also be applied to allow testing on human bags. In addition to treating food allergies, the researchers hope their findings can also be used by organ recipients after surgery to prevent rejection.
