While many audio streaming platforms focus on podcast content, many people must have forgotten that YouTube also focuses on podcast content in video form and if you use a premium subscription, you can listen to it in audio form only.
Recently 9to5Google reported that YouTube has started displaying podisar categories in Explore. Where in this will also have Trending, Music, Gaming, News, Sports and other categories.
When this Podcast icon is pressed it will display the option to display all content, specifically for popular episodes, popular podcast playlists, suggested, famous content creators or can also display by content in specific categories such as comedy, crime, sports, music and others .
This Explore page can be accessed via YouTube.com/podcasts. But in our test both Malaysia or USA account it is not accessible. Not sure why, maybe the Explore column for this podcast is still in testing.
