Apple has recently already officially introduced the iPhone 14, and also included satellite communication support along with it.
Now, through iFixit's review, it is seen that Apple uses a chip from Qualcomm that generates satellite communication support, besides also including additional chip components designed by Apple.
It is seen that the iPhone 14 Pro Max tested by iFixit uses the Qualcomm X65 modem chip. The chip supports 5G networks for cellular, in addition to supporting the n53 wave, a frequency wave used by Globalstar satellites.
However, for now, this satellite communication feature is not supported in Malaysia. Apple only activates this feature in the United States and Canada.
