Elon Musk is now sharing the announcement of internet services through satellite beams under him, which is Starlink, now active in all seven continents. This includes covering the continent of Antarctica.
As many are aware, internet transmission via satellite was developed in an effort to cover the internet network on the entire surface of the earth, including the interior. With support in Antarctica, it shows which remote areas and which were previously, also covered by the internet network.
Previously, Starlink had launched around 3,200 low-orbit satellites to make this service a success.
For now, the cost for it is still high to use. In fact, the activation of new users is also done in stages, and by country. In Malaysia, Starlink only displays interest registration messages with the target of offering services as early as 2023.
