The iPhone 14 series has already been launched with sales already starting last week. It's only been a few weeks since it fell into the hands of the owner, already many problems have been reported such as recently the device experienced a camera shake problem when using a third party camera app.
Apple is said to fix this problem with an update starting next week. Recently, MacRumors reported that many iPhone 14 users have AirDrop problems. Users appear to be unable to send files if the AirDrop setting is set to Contacts Only. The recipient of the file will see a Waiting… message and not receive any confirmation to receive the file they want to send.
AirDrop appears to only be usable if set to Everyone only. This issue appears to only happen to iPhone 14 users and is not a problem on iOS 16. The source also stated that Apple is already aware of this problem and promises that an update will be distributed to fix this problem in the future.
