Last week, it was reported that Intel will stop using the Pentium and Celeron processor chip model names starting next year. Both of these processor chip models will apparently be replaced with new model names.
Japanese technology website Coelacanth Dream has found two new names in Intel's bootlog, namely Intel Processor N100 and Intel Processor N200 which are expected to replace the Pentium and Celeron names.
This series of processing chips is expected to come with names such as Intel Processor N150, N250 and so on and will be introduced as Intel Alder Lake-N and will be used in affordable productivity laptops or computers such as Chromebooks.
In terms of specifications, it is estimated that these processing chips will come with Efficiency cores only, and will use only 9-15W of power. Although named Alder Lake-N, it will be offered alongside Intel's 13th generation Raptor Lake processing chips.
