The iOS 16 update delivered this week brings back the feature of displaying the battery percentage at the top of the screen that was discontinued after the iPhone X was released. But this feature can only be used on some more recent iPhone models. But in the iOS 16.1 Beta test given a few days ago, this feature was finally given to all devices with Face ID.
iPhone XR, iPhone 11, iPhone 12 mini, and iPhone 13 mini users will no longer feel like they have been abandoned by Apple after this. The reason given earlier is that these devices do not have enough space on the screen to display the battery percentage. There is no date when iOS 16.1 will be released for now.
