Amazon has updated the Kindle series by launching the Kindle Scribe. This tablet is equipped with a 10.2″ E-ink screen that not only makes it a good e-book reader but also comes with stylus support that allows it to be used to create sketches.
With a pixel density of 300ppi, the Scribe display is bright and sharp even though the screen is relatively large. Two stylus options are provided with the Basic Pen model can be used for sketching while the Premium Pen has additional buttons and matching on the back. Wacom technology is used on both styluses.
Amazon says the Scribe by lasts up to 12 weeks on a single charge if used 30 minutes a day. There is a note-taking integration on Scribe that allows users to mark up e-books with an export button directly to Microsoft Word. In the United States Kindle Scribe is sold at a price of $339.99 (~RM1858) one.
