The Lenovo ThinkBook 16p Gen 3 was also announced today with features and functions focused on content creators. Through it, a 16-inch IPS LCD screen with a QHD+ resolution with a standard refresh rate. Also included are some other extras such as Dolby Vision, 400 nits peak brightness, smart panel with ambient sensor and sRGB100% color gamut. As an option, there is also a variant that offers a 165Hz refresh rate with a peak brightness of 500nits.
Next, the choice of AMD Ryzen 6000 CPU is used as the main pillar consisting of AMD Ryzen 5 6600H, Ryzen 7 6800H and Ryzen 9 6900HX. Memory matching is up to 32GB LPDDR5 6400MHz and internal storage is up to 2TB PCIe Gen 4 SSD (with two M.2 slots for upgrading). GPU support is NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 with 6GB VRAM.
The 71Wh battery used is the same as the previous generation. Not to be outdone, it also contains various I/O options such as 1 x HDMI 2.1, 1 x USB Type-C, 1 x USB4, 2 x USB-A 3.2 Gen 2, 1 x SD Card Reader and 3.5mm audio jack.
Other specifications include running the Windows 11 Pro operating system, an FHD camera, bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 6 and speakers with Dolby Atmos support. For the price, the Lenovo ThinkBook 16p Gen 3 is sold starting at €1999 (~RM8,981).
