Lenovo ThinkBook Plus Gen 3 With Secondary Screen Launched

 


The Lenovo ThinkBook Plus Gen 3 was shown at CES 2022 with a secondary 8″ LCD screen placed next to the keyboard and included to improve productivity. After more than eight months, this laptop finally went on sale in the market



The computer comes with a 17.3″ main screen with a 12:10 ultra-wide ratio, paired with an Intel Core H-Series Gen-12 chip, up to 32GB LPDDR5 memory and up to 2TB SSD storage. According to Lenovo the secondary screen can be used to facilitate video editing with a timeline displayed on it. A stylus can be used to sketch directly on the screen which has its own storage space on the back of the laptop.


It can also be used to launch Android applications that do not interfere with the home screen. For Android phone users, your device's screen can also be projected onto this screen so you don't have to hold the phone. The entire computer weighs around 2kg.



The keyboard is illuminated while the touch pad comes with a glass surface. A full HD infrared camera is also included along with a fingerprint scanner built into the power button. The audio system is from Harman Kardon with Dolby Atmos system support. Lenovo ThinkBook Plus Gen 3 is sold at a starting price of $1500 (~RM6798).
