Logitech G is a brand of Logitech video game products that is quite popular. They offer a variety of products such as headsets, mice, keyboards and recently also launched mobile gaming consoles that focus on video game streaming platforms.
Recently in Malaysia, Logitech has brought in the popular gaming mouse which is the new Logitech G502 series which includes three models; Logitech G502 X, Logitech G502 X Lightspeed and Logitech G502 X Plus.
All of them have more or less the same specifications where the difference is the cheapest model is the wired type, then the wireless type and the most premium model is the wireless type with RGB support.
This gaming mouse updates the unique design of the original model, introducing the new Lightforce optical-hybrid switch. This switch promises a faster and more precise clicking experience. The Logitech G502 X also has a DPI button that can be reversed or removed to suit various hand sizes, the scroll wheel has also been changed to be lighter, more stable and supports jagged mode like the Logitech Master MX.
Logitech also uses a new sensor, the HERO 25K which claims to have a 1:1 accuracy rate for faster and smoother use. The body of the mouse has also been redesigned to reduce weight, but remain sturdy. Battery life has also been improved by now supporting up to 120 hours of use on a single charge.
Logitech uses Lightspeed technology on the G502 X Lightspeed and G502 Plus series to support one dongle connection of two devices. This means that this mouse can be used together with a G915, G915 TKL or G715 keyboard without having to worry about insufficient connection ports. Wireless charging is also supported via Logitech G powerplay.
The G502 X Plus model supports Lightsync RGB with eight LEDs that can light up and move according to usage patterns including battery status. The sale of these three mice starts in September in Malaysia with the price;
