Microsoft introduced the first Windows 11 main update with a number of improvements

Microsoft today announced the introduction of Windows 11 2022 Update, a key update to the Windows 11 operating system since its introduction.

This update is offered to users starting today, through Windows Update. However, as always, it will be offered in stages to all users around the world.

Through updates, Microsoft includes renewal with improvements to the Start menu, including "Do Not Disturb" features to allow you to focus on doing tasks and increasing productivity, as well as new "snap" methods.

File Explorer is also present with tab support, as well as expanding the Android application support on Windows 11.

For Windows 11 users, you are encouraged to update to this latest version once it is available to you, for free.

Microsoft will also offer Windows 10 22H2 updates to those who use Windows 10, soon.
