About three years ago, video streaming service MUBI opened a Malaysian branch, and introduced MUBI Sinema which offers a catalog of new and old films from the archipelago.
Today, unfortunately MUBI Malaysia has announced that its local movie streaming service and offering has been discontinued. Even so, films from the archipelago that are already on the platform are still being shown for now.
In the meantime, the subscription price of MUBI has also increased, where before, the subscription price was RM15, it has now increased to RM30 per month, or RM19 per month if you subscribe directly for a year.
