NASA yesterday canceled the second launch of their Artemis 1 mission, once again delaying the planned launch of the mission to the moon.
Elaborating on that, NASA now says the launch may not happen in the next few weeks – where it could be pushed back to late September, or possibly even October.
However, for now, NASA wants to do further investigation and study – before sharing a new launch date for Artemis 1.
The launch of the Artemis I mission using the SLS rocket was canceled for the second time recently after a leak was detected in the pipeline that filled the fuel.
Artemis I will be NASA's first mission to test SLS' ability to send the Orion capsule around the moon before returning to Earth.
