Saudi Arabia Wants to Send First Female Astronaut as Early as 2023

 


Saudi Arabia has now announced plans to send its first female astronaut into space, as early as 2023.


This move by Saudi Arabia is part of an effort to actively promote the arena of science and technology, and at the same time reduce the economy's dependence on oil.
