After Success In Germany Nokia Is Now Suing Oppo In Australia Also

Nokia successfully sued Oppo in Germany which caused Oppo devices to be banned from being sold in the country. This is because Oppo was found guilty of using Nokia-owned technology without paying new licensing fees after the original agreement between the two companies expired in 2021.

With the success in Germany, Nokia is now reportedly going to sue Oppo in Australia for the same offence. If found guilty, Oppo devices may have to be withdrawn from the Australian market as well. In addition to Australia, Oppo is also believed to be sued in several other Asian countries, but the list of countries is not yet known.
