ALTEL has now announced that ALTEL's prepaid service will be completely terminated with effect from 31 December 2022.
ALTEL says the termination of this service is due to the restructuring of the ALTEL company's business activities.
With this move, users are asked to switch to another telecommunication company if they want to keep their number. Users are also given the option to transfer to Celcom services starting today.
In addition, ALTEL said they will refund the remaining credit to users who terminate the service or switch to Celcom.
If you want to move to another service provider, the process of changing the network must be done before November 15, 2022. Customers who choose to change this network will not receive a refund of the credit balance.
If ALTEL prepaid customers do nothing, then the ALTEL number will be automatically transferred to Celcom starting December 1, 2022, and will not receive a credit refund.
