Apple Expected to Come With an Ad-Supported Apple TV+ Offer

 


Various video streaming companies are now looking to take one of the business models from Chinese providers in diversifying their income, which is the participation of advertising on video streaming services.


Disney+ Hotstar is ready to implement it in India for now, in addition to Netflix which is currently planning to introduce an advertising feature on their platform - allowing users to enjoy access to content at a lower subscription price.


Now in addition to Netflix, Apple is also reportedly considering an Apple TV+ offering that is equipped with ad display support.


Apple has reportedly met with several agencies to discuss the integration of advertising recognition on Apple TV+. It is expected that Apple will introduce advertising on Apple TV+ as early as 2023.


With the introduction of an ad-supported free plan, Apple is aiming for Apple TV+ content to be watched even more widely than it is today.



This new report comes in parallel with the announcement that Apple TV will come to Windows in 2023.
