The flagship MacBook Pro M2 models with 14″ and 16″ screens are now expected to launch in March 2023. This is different from the original forecast which said it would launch in November 2022. This laptop for heavier tasks is believed to be equipped with an M2 variant that has up to 12 CPU cores and 32 GPU cores. An upgrade from just 8 CPU cores and 10 GPU cores on the existing M2 model.
It is also predicted that the launch of the new Mac Mini and Mac Pro will also take place at the same time as the introduction of macOS Ventura 13.3. This action may be taken because the demand for personal computers is decreasing globally. Although Apple recorded an increase in Mac sales last quarter, the production of PC personal computers can be seen to be affected in line with the normalization of post-pandemic demand.
