DJI Headquarters Looks Like a Tetris Block With a Hanging Bridge in the Middle

DJI's new headquarters in Shenzen has been opened with what looks like a Tetris block stacked with two towers connected by a suspension bridge in the middle. The DJI Sky City twin towers were designed by leading firm Foster + Partners.

The design of this headquarters is quite interesting as it consists of a main core which then has a boxy section that is connected using a support design to place the office space. The towers with a height of 194 meters and 212 meters are connected in the middle with a suspension bridge at a height of 105 meters that crosses a pool of water.

On the roof of some segments, there is a green garden that DJI staff can use to relax. The rainwater collected by DJI Sky City is recycled for use by the office. The boxy design like Tetris blocks is intentional to increase the glass space of the building to provide as much natural lighting as possible.
