The Dyson V15 Detect Absolute was launched in Malaysia today with a brush head equipped with a laser so users can see the dust on the floor surface. It is an updated model for the V12 Detect Slim that was launched last year in Malaysia.
The V15 Detect Absolute comes with a 220% larger dust chamber than the V12, a suction power that is 1.5x stronger than the V12 and 15% lighter than the Outsize+. With a single charge, this wireless vacuum cleaner can operate for up to 60 minutes. This makes the V15 Detect Absolute the most powerful cordless vacuum cleaner Dyson has ever produced.
Another interesting feature of the V15 Detect is that it has a piezoelectric sensor that can detect the size of inhaled dust particles. A graph of the amount of inhaled dust particles will always be displayed on the LCD screen on the back of the V15 Detect. It's also smart enough to automatically change the suction strength based on the amount of dust being sucked up.
In Malaysia, the Dyson V15 Detect Absolute is sold at a price of RM4799 for a set that also includes three head accessories and five additional cleaning accessories. Also on offer is the Dyson V15 Detect Absolute (HEPA) at a price of RM4999 with the same accessories but with a built-in HEPA filter.
