Four LG UltraGear gaming monitors have been launched in Malaysia today with all of them targeting gamers who need high refresh rate support and AMD FreSync or NVIDIA G-Sync systems.
We start with the LG UltraGear 48GQ900 which is equipped with a 48″ OLED 4K screen that supports a refresh rate of up to 138Hz overclocking. As a gaming monitor, it supports NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync Premium to prevent graphics issues from looking torn during video game sessions. The response time is quite low at only 0.1 ms and the screen also supports the HDR10 standard.
There are 2x HMDI 2.1, 1x DP 1.4, 3 USB 3.0, optical output, and a 3.5mm audio jack that supports Dolby DTS Headphone audio output. Although launched with a base, this monitor can be hung on the wall via VESA mounts.
Next, the LG UltraGear 32GQ850 is equipped with a 32″ Nano IPS QHD screen that supports a refresh rate of up to 240Hz or up to 260Hz overtime. It also supports VESA AdaptiveSync, NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync Premium to prevent graphics issues from looking torn during video game sessions. The response time is 1 ms and the screen also supports the VESA DisplayHDR 600 standard.
There are 2x HMDI 2.1, 1x DP 1.4, 3 USB 3.0, optical output, and a 3.5mm audio jack that supports Dolby DTS Headphone audio output. The monitor has a neck that allows it to be raised, turned sideways and changed vertical orientation 90 degrees.
With lower specifications, the LG UltraGear 27GQ50F is equipped with a 27″ VA FHD panel screen that supports a refresh rate of up to 165Hz only. It simply supports AMD FreeSync Premium while the response time is 1 ms. There are 2x HMDI 1.4, 1x DP 1.2, 3 USB 3.0, optical output, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The monitor has a neck that allows it to be lifted up and down. Finally, the LG UltraGear 24GQ50F is the same as the 27GQ50F, only the screen is smaller at 24" also from the VA panel family.
The selling price for LG UltraGear 48GQ900 is RM5922, LG UltraGear 32GQ850 is RM3150, LG UltraGear 27GQ50F is priced at RM935 and LG UltraGear 24GQ50F is RM765.
