Two years ago, Google introduced its own VPN service through a Google One subscription with 2TB of Google Drive storage. In Malaysia the subscription price for 2TB is RM42.99 per month or RM429.99 per year.
With this VPN it can protect user privacy and data as well as provide security when online. What Google offers is to encrypt Internet traffic on the device so that no outside source can access it.
Recently at the Made by Google event tonight, Google announced that the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro will be the first Google devices to receive this VPN access for free without any payment or subscription. Access to this VPN is still the same, which is through the Google One application.
