Honor X40 GT was officially launched yesterday and it is a device for the first time. It is equipped with a 6.81″ FHD+ LCD screen with a 144Hz refresh rate. This is paired with a Snapdragon 888 chip, up to 12GB of memory, 256GB of storage and a 4800 mAh battery that supports 66W charging.
The camera on the back combines a 50MP wide-angle lens, 2MP macro and 2MP depth sensor with a 16MP selfie camera. The operating system used is Magic UI 6.1 which is based on Android 12. Because it is a gaming device, the X40 GT is equipped with an eight-layer graphite cooling system.
There is a fingerprint scanner on the power button on the right side. Three rear design options are offered with Racing Black being the model with panels that look like carbon fiber. The Honor X40 GT is sold at RMB 2099 (~RM1374) for the 8/256GB and RMB 2399 (~RM1570) for the 12/1256GB version.
