Honor X40 was launched earlier as a mid-range device with built-in 5G network. Through it it is powered by a Snapdragon 695 chip, alongside some other interesting features such as a 120Hz AMOLED screen and a 5100mAh battery with 40W fast charging.
Recently it seems to be updated with new offerings through the introduction of the Honor X40 GT. As the name suggests, it is expected to focus on mobile games (first) in addition to being matched with the Snapdragon 888 chip with 5nm technology.
Also revealed is its green and black design with GT branding on the camera module. Much of it is inspired by the Honor X40 itself with its circular camera module. In addition, the front panel is kind of flat and has a hole in the middle with a single selfie camera.
For specifications, this smartphone is expected to use an LCD screen instead of AMOLED like the Honor X40. Also complementing it is a 120Hz refresh rate and a battery that supports a 66W wired fast charging system. As usual, the full offer will be revealed during the official launch which is scheduled to take place on October 13.
