Intel has recently launched their 13th generation Intel Raptor Lake series of processing chips for desktop computers, and it has been seen as the best series of processing chips on the market right now.
They are expected to launch the Raptor Lake processor chip for laptops early next year, but now, it seems that early benchmark scores for the processor chip have already been revealed.
As always, the benchmarks shown are GeekBench which has been used to test the single-core and multi-core capabilities of Intel's most powerful processing chip to be launched for the laptop class, the Intel Core i9-13900HK.
This processing chip has 14 physical cores and 20 power threads and uses the combination of Performance and Efficiency cores used since the previous 12th generation processing chips. What is interesting this time is that this processing chip can reportedly also be overclocked up to 5.4GHz, 400MHz faster than the same processing chip in the previous series.
Turning to the benchmark score of this Intel Core i9-13900HK processing chip, it is seen to get a single core score of 1870 while the multi-core score is seen as high as 12436 points. These scores look on par with previous Intel Alder Lake processing chips, but since this is still considered early testing, these scores are likely to increase further when they launch.
As said, Intel is expected to make an official announcement about this processing chip early next year at the CES 2023 event with laptop maker brands such as ASUS, MSI and others showing their offerings at the same time.
