The Ministry of Health Malaysia has now launched the National Mental Health Crisis Line, also known as the HEAL Line (Help with Empathy and Love) with the line number 15555. This line starts operating from today, in helping individuals who face mental health problems in getting early help .
The line operator is said to have been well trained in helping callers.
For now, this line operates from 8 am to 12 midnight every day, including holidays.
Anyone who needs emotional support – including sadness, anxiety, depression or any negative thoughts, can call 15555 starting today.
