Sony is often known for offering compact-sized smartphones, such as the Xperia Ace series. Commenting further, Sony is reported to be planning to come up with an updated model for the series which is claimed to receive significant improvements compared to the previous model.
Specifically from the performance aspect, where the device may be powered by a Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 chip. If true, it can be considered a better improvement over the Snapdragon 480 used on the Xperia Ace 3 before. In addition, the memory capacity is also increased to 6GB RAM with 128GB built-in internal storage.
However, Sony is not expected to make any changes to the screen size and battery capacity for this model. Most likely, the 5.5-inch screen and 4,500mAh battery will still be retained, but we can still expect a better type of OLED display and FHD+ resolution on this device.
No further information about the official launch date of the device is known so far. At the same time, there is no official statement from Sony regarding this claim. It would be better if we consider it as mere speculation for now.
