A few days ago at the Saitama Super Arena, Tokyo, an NBA Japan Games basketball event was held that showed the Golden State Warriors and the Washington Wizards clashing with each other.
But one scene that certainly caught the interest of many was during the break when a self-driving mop developed by Nissan was seen cleaning the floor of the basketball court. What is unique here is that these special mops wash it without the need of any human help.
At first glance, the mop looks like a normal mop, complete with a stick, but technically it is not needed because these mops already know the shape and size of the court and clean it on their own without a problem.
Nissan, the Japanese automotive company is seen as one of a number of companies actively developing self-driving technology for various types of vehicles, and now a cleaning robot that does not require user input.
