OnePlus Buds Pro was previously launched with a combination of a stemmed in-ear design with a square-shaped charging pod. It can also be purchased in Malaysia at a price of RM799 with the option of Glossy White.
Now there are new rumors about an updated model for it which may be known as the OnePlus Buds Pro 2. It is claimed to use a similar audio driver as the Oppo Enco X2. It consists of 11mm dynamic audio driver + 6mm planar diaphragm with LHDC 4.0 codec support and spatial audio. Three built-in microphones will also be used on each earphone.
Then active noise cancellation support will be increased up to 45dB and the sound level can also be adjusted according to the environment. The battery used is claimed to be able to last up to 22 hours with the help of a charging pod and ANC. It then drops to 6 hours with the earphones on their own.
Also included is wireless charging support with the ability to last up to 3 hours with 10 minutes of charging. Not to be left out, the earphones are also loaded with Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity and IP55 waterproof. There is no known launch date as of yet.
