Samsung is expected to introduce the new Galaxy S23 series around January 2023. The design was also leaked earlier showing that the device features the design inspiration of the Galaxy S22 Ultra. Especially for the camera module on the back. Now it's the turn of the specifications to be leaked through the sharing of several sources.
This device is said to be equipped with a 6.1″ FHD+ SAMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is also expected to feature thinner bezels than its predecessor. Then, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip is used with 8GB RAM memory, 128GB/256GB storage options and a 3900mAh battery that supports a 25W charging system.
If true, this confirms previous rumors that the Galaxy S23 series will not use an Exynos chip. At the same time, the battery capacity is also seen to be larger than the 3,700mAh on the Galaxy S22.
Next, the main camera configuration consists of 50MP (OIS) + 12MP (ultra-wide) + 10MP (telephoto), while the selfie camera is 10MP which is placed in the front camera hole in the middle like its predecessor. Along with it, this device is also rumored to come with OneUI 5 operating system based on Android 13.
For now, it should be noted that the shared information is still at a tentative stage. But if it is true, we can see this new series equipped with some small additional improvements compared to before.
