Elon Musk today showed an early prototype for a humanoid robot being developed by Tesla, named Tesla Bot or sometimes called Optimus..
Through the prototype shown, it shows that the robot can walk and move. In addition, it is also shown that this robot can perform tasks such as watering trees, or work in the operation department of the factory.
For now, it is still in the early stages of development and still needs to go through a number of development phases before it manages to move smoothly and perform various tasks, including interacting with humans.
Elon Musk has not yet given a date for his official introduction for now. However, in terms of cost, it is expected to be under $20,000 each.
