TM And YES Get 20% Stake In DNB, Celcom 12.5%

In addition to Digi getting a 12.5% stake in Digital Nasional Berhad, it has now been announced that Celcom also got a 12.5% stake in DNB.

In addition to that, two more companies that get a stake are YTL and TM - each with a stake of 20%. The government holds the remaining 35% through the Ministry of Finance.

Celcom and Digi have slightly lower stakes – as both companies are in the process of merging. Shareholdings are expected to be realigned when the merger of the two companies is completed.

By signing this agreement, various telecommunications companies can now focus on introducing 5G services to public users.
