Touch n Go eWallet App Under Maintenance – Temporarily Unaccessible On October 15th


 Touch n Go in a statement informed that they have scheduled a maintenance upgrade of the e-Wallet system on 15 October 2022. This will make it temporarily unavailable between 2 - 6 am.



During this period, all services in the Touch 'n Go eWallet application will be interrupted, this includes top-up functions, payments and merchant dashboard (for business partners). However, users can still make toll/parking payments via PayDirect and RFID as usual provided the balance must be sufficient.


Touch n Go apologizes for the inconvenience and advises people to top up in advance before this scheduled maintenance.
