Every time if we want to log into a social media platform there will definitely be a verification code sent. It doesn't matter through SMS, or those who use two-factor authentication through special applications such as Google Authenticator.
Recently, Twitter is seen to be testing the transmission of verification codes via WhatsApp as an alternative to SMS. It is clear that WhatsApp users are increasing, this platform has become a place of daily messaging.
Receiving a verification code via WhatsApp is a good thing, for example a device with a primary number cannot be accessed – this code can be accepted if WhatsApp is active on another device. This feature appears to be still in the early stages of development and it is not certain when it will be offered.
