A Few Users Reported iCloud Photos On Windows Shows Other People's Photos

Apple is now seen to be actively working with Microsoft. Soon Apple Music and Apple TV applications will be introduced for Windows users. Recently iCloud Photos can be directly integrated into the Windows 11 gallery app, Photos.

This feature makes it easy for iPhone or iPad users using Windows computers to access photos and videos stored on iCloud. Provides a MacBook-like usage experience where all media are synced directly for quick access.

Unfortunately, iCloud integration with Windows is reported to be problematic. According to a MacRumors report, video recordings using the iPhone 14 Pro Max and iPhone 13 Pro cannot be displayed properly. It only shows a black display and a line effect as if the video is broken.

But, that is not the main problem. The biggest issue is that some users are reporting that photos from unknown people are also getting into their iCloud Photos. There are pictures of other people's families, pictures of football matches, pictures of girls in pajamas that have never been seen, taken or saved suddenly appear in other people's accounts.

This issue is said to occur on Windows 11 and Windows 10 and removing the iCloud app on these platforms does not resolve it as the problem may come from the server side. In my review, iCloud Photos on the Photos app on my Windows 11 laptop was not problematic. All pictures and videos are what I remember and belong to me and my family.
