Elon Musk Fires 4400 More Twitter Contract Workers

After taking over Twitter for $44 billion, Elon Musk fired around 3500 Twitter employees because he feared that the company would suffer operational losses due to the number of employees.

It is reported that the new owner of Twitter has fired another 4400 contract workers under the social media platform. These employees are reported to be from within and outside the country, and are responsible for monitoring and ensuring that the content posted on Twitter complies with the laws and terms of use of the platform.

Even more strangely, this large-scale layoff reportedly also happened without any warning from Elon Musk or any of the company's executive officers, and they found out when they couldn't access their admin panel.

So far it is not known what the plan of the Twitter management is to ensure that the content posted by Twitter users complies with their user guidelines, especially when it can now be seen that many users are using Twitter Blue to impersonate the brand's official account for trolling on the platform.
