Elon Musk Praises Twitter Employees Who Work Late

Elon Musk is known to be a hard worker, even admitting that he often sleeps in the office. That's also what he wants to instill in Twitter, the company he just bought.

The richest man in the world has had several offices at Twitter in San Francisco, even working late into the night. He also thanked the Twitter employees who worked with him.

"I was at Twitter headquarters late last night and wanted to appreciate those who were there with me, as well as those who work remotely, with some working even longer hours," he wrote in an email.

As for working from home or WFH, it is no longer allowed except under certain conditions. "Working remotely is okay if you have reasons not to be in the office and you are working at an extraordinary level," he wrote.

"Even so, I really believe in the spirit of togetherness and the effectiveness of being physically in the same location," he added.

"I'll be in the office again today. Stop by the 10th floor if you want to talk about taking Twitter to the next level. The priority is short-term action," concluded Elon Musk.

In addition to Twitter, Elon Musk oversees Tesla, SpaceX, Neuralink and the Boring Company. In a recent event, the South African-born man stated that the acquisition of Twitter had a major impact on his working hours.

"My job increased from about 70 to 80 hours per week to probably around 120 hours," he said.

Means per day, he works for approximately 17 hours. He stated that currently, his activities are only sleeping and working a full week. "Go to bed, wake up, work, go to bed, work, do that 7 days a week," said Elon Musk.
