Google Pixel 7a Specs Leaked – 64MP Camera, 90Hz Screen And Wireless Charging

Previously, leaked Android code for the Pixel device was discovered by an independent developer that Google is developing a more powerful Pixel device than the Pixel 7 Pro and possibly even a Pixel 7 Mini.

However, after Google updated the Android image files on the Pixel 7 – codenamed Pixel Lynx (L10) it was confirmed that it was not the Pixel Ultra or Mini but rather the Pixel 7a. The device uses a camera system that Google lists as Pixel 22 Mid-range.

The said Pixel 7a device will use a dual-camera system with a Sony IMX787 wide-angle 64MP sensor and a Sony IMX712 ultra-wide-angle 13MP sensor (yet to be announced). It's an upgrade to the main camera which previously used the usual 12.2MP Sony IMX363 sensor.

The device is also said to support 5W wireless charging, powered by a Google Tensor chip (undisclosed which version) with a matching Qualcomm WCN6740 modem that allows better WiFi 6E and Bluetooth connectivity.

The screen of the device is from Samsung with a resolution of 1080p and a refresh rate of 90Hz. With these leaked specs, the Pixel 7a is likely to be a mid-range device killer in terms of camera and performance. Pixel is known for its software prowess aided by Google's artificial intelligence system.

Let's wait together.
